        • Possible action on concept plan approval for a two lot minor subdivision of 8.

    6. Robinson Ace Hardware -- 1874 and 1890 Western Avenue
        • Zoning Board of Appeals referral for a site plan review for a proposal to
          demolish the existing structure at 1890 Western Avenue and lot consolidation
          to accommodate a parking lot expansion for the existing Robinson Ace
          Hardware store.
