Lot 1 would consist of 15.5 acres and Lot 2 would consist of 40 acres and contains an existing single-family dwelling, garage and barns. 3. Consideration of Preliminary Site Plan Approval - Great Oaks Office Park Planned Unit Development - 100, 200, 300 Great Oaks Boulevard Preliminary approval review for a proposed change in zone of 16.3 +/- acres from a Business Non-Retail Professional (BNRP) District to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) District to allow construction of 120 apartment units in two separate buildings within the Great Oaks Office Park. 4. Consideration of Concept Plan Approval - 2819 West Old State Road - Lands of Paul J. Amedore - 4 Lot Minor Subdivision The applicant is proposing a 4 lot minor subdivision of 23.9 +/- acres of land located in the Single-family Residential (R40) District. Lot 1 (2813 W Old State Rd) would consist of 1.09 +/- acres. Lot 2 (2815 W Old State Road) would consist of 1.3 +/- acres. Lot 3 (2817 W Old State Road) would consist of 11.17 +/- acres. Lot 4 (2819 W Old State Road) would consist of 10.31 +/- acres. Access to lots 2-4 would be via a shared driveway. Lot 1 would be directly accessed from west Old State Road. 5. Amendment to Special Use Permit No 4661 - Site Plan Review for a Special Use Permit - Christmas Land (Events, Vendors, Crafts) - Girasole Uniti, LLC - 3068 Furbeck Road Referral from the Zoning Board of Appeals for a site plan review for Christmas Land (events, vendors, crafts) on 65.7 +/- acres of land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA5) District. DECISION ONLY - Final Environmental Impact Statement Preparation and Filing Extension - Rapp Road Residential/Western Avenue Mixed Use Redevelopment Projects The Planning Board will discuss extending the date for preparing and filing the final EIS pursuant to 6 CRR-NY 617.9.a.5.ii.a .
