Consider approving the proposed settlement of tax assessment proceedings for solar farms and residential building sites owned by Knaggs Oakland Realty LLC at 4645 Western Turnpike and 100 Miller Road, as recommended by the Assessor. 2. Consider approving the permanent appointment of Alana Holmes as Code Enforcement Officer in the Fire Prevention Department, as requested by the Personnel Assistant. 3. Consider adopting the updated Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan, as requested by the Personnel Assistant. 4. Consider authorizing a water adjustment for the Religious Sisters of Mercy Albany, 6060 Johnston Road as detailed in the Water Department's memorandum dated May 14, 2026. 5. Consider accepting the Town's December 31, 2025 draft Single Audit of federal expenditures, as recommended by the Deputy Comptroller. 6.
