Site Plan Review Associated with a Special Use Permit - Change in Tenancy (Tattoo Shop/Yoga Studio) - 5180 Western Turnpike - Dustin Horan The applicant is proposing a tattoo shop and yoga studio within an existing 4, 484 square feet building and most recently used as a golf performance center on 0.85 acres of land located in the Local Business (LB) District. 4. Preliminary Site Plan Review for a Religious Institution - 100 Dutch Manor Lane - Sharon Fellowship Church of Albany The application was last reviewed by the Planning Board at the April 27, 2022 Board meeting. The applicant is proposing to convert and renovate the existing Dutch Manor Stables (horse boarding and riding arena for equestrian events) to a religious institution consisting of worship hall, dining room and bible study rooms on 40.59 acres of land located in the Agricultural (AGR) District. 5. Request to Amend a Previously Approved Final Plat (Brenn-Breit Estates Cluster Subdivision) - Fuller Station Road - Richard Theriault The Brenn-Breit Estates Final Plat was approved by the Planning Board on July 24, 2002. The current owner of Tax ID# 27.00-1-43.19, a 1.23 acre parcel in the R40 District, was identified on the final plat with a note that states "Not an Approved Building Lot. If purchased, lot must be consolidated with existing parcel of adjacent owner." The current owner is requesting to remove the note and allow a single-family home to be constructed on the lot.
