                  At 7:00pm Public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Code
                  regarding accessory dwelling units.
        Public Comment
        Approval of the minutes of the Town Board's June 2, 2026 meeting.
        Agenda
                  1. Consider adopting the proposed resolution to dedicate Town-owned
                  16 acres (two parcels) to the Albany Pine Bush Preserve Commission for
                  purposes of Preserve management.
                  2. Consider approving the proposed agreement with the Highway
                  Superintendent for expending highway funds for paving specified Town
                  roads, as requested by the Highway Superintendent.
                  3. Consider approving an amendment of the Town's 2026 budget to
                  appropriate $14,634.21 in the McKownville Lighting District's fund
                  balance (SL1909) and transfer that amount to the District's Equipment &
                  Capital Outlay line (SL15182.2) for replacing the underground lighting
                  infrastructure on Westlyn Court, as requested by the Highway
                  Superintendent.
                  4. Consider authorizing the Town to issue a request for bids for installing
                  new lights for a girls' softball field at Keenholts Park.
