        Agenda
                  1. Discussion regarding the status of the Great Oaks Planned Unit
                  Development application and possible determination under the State
                  Environmental Quality Review Act
                  2. Consider approving the Employee Handbook.
                  3. Consider appointing Dean Ellington as a Laborer as recommended by
                  the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management.
                  4. Discussion regarding creation of Comprehensive Police Practices
                  Review Committee under the Governor's Executive Order No. 203.
                  5. Consider approving Moving Forward Plan.
                  6. Consider the naming the private lane in the subdivision at 6030 Nott
                  Road as Norman Vale Lane as requested by the Assessor.
                  7. Consider accepting the proposed dedication of streets, stormwater
                  management, signage parcel, and multi-use path as set forth in the
                  Planning Board's final approval of the Black Creek Estates subdivision at
                  NYS Route 146 & Hurst Road.
