        Agenda
                  1. Consider the proposed negative declaration under the State
                  Environmental Quality Review Act for the Great Oaks Planned Unit
                  Development.
                  2. Consider adopting the proposed resolution which extends the
                  expiration of dates for building permits and active approvals as authorized
                  by Chapter 111 of the Laws of 2020 and Governor's Executive Order
                  202's declaration of a pandemic emergency.
                  3. Consider approving a water adjustment credit of $35.22 for property
                  located at 4016 Newcastle Road because of an erroneous reading as
                  recommended by the Department of Water & Wastewater.
                  4. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign the 2021 Statement
                  of Intent in the amount of $18,694 for the Town's continuing membership
                  in the Stormwater Coalition of Albany County.
                  5. Update regarding the Town of Guilderland Comprehensive Police
                  Practices Review Committee.
                  6. Consider adopting the proposed EMS Diversity & Representation
