       The applicant is proposing a three lot minor subdivision of 7.4 +/- acres of land
       located in the Single-family Residential (R40) District. Lot 1 would consist of 3.
       38 +/- acres of land and contains an existing single-family residence. Lot 2
       would consist of 2.2 +/- acres of land and is currently undeveloped. Lot 3 would
       consist of 1.84 +/- acres and is currently undeveloped.
    3. Broadway Auto Clinic -- 2115/2123 Western Avenue - Amendment to Special
       Use Permit No. 4722
       Referral from the Zoning Board of Appeals for a site plan review associated with
       a Special Use Permit to install an office within a previously approved car wash.
    4. Great Oaks Office Park Planned Unit Development -- 100, 200, 300 Great Oaks
       Boulevard - Consideration of Final Site Plan Approval
