        Pursuant to Governor Andrew Cuomo's Executive Orders, which suspended the
        Open Meetings Law, the public may listen and view the meeting live on
        Verizon channel 34, Spectrum channel 1303,and the Town website

        579-3721 to participate in a conference call. Minutes of the meeting will be
        transcribed and posted on the Town's website.

                  1. Consider scheduling a public hearing for October 6, 2020, at 7:00pm
                  regarding the Assessment Roll for the Guilderland Sewer Improvement
                  Area, pursuant to NYS Town Law §202, as recommended by the
                  Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management.
                  2. Consider scheduling a public hearing for October 6, 2020, at 7:10pm
                  regarding the Assessment Roll for the Guilderland Sewer Improvement
                  Area, pursuant to NYS Town Law §202-A, as recommended by the
                  Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management.
                  3. Consider scheduling a public hearing for October 6, 2020, at 7:20pm
                  regarding the proposed moratorium regarding programmable digital signs.
                  4. Consider approving the proposed Consent Order and Judgment in the
                  tax certiorari proceedings in Carrow et al v. Van Wagenen et al (Albany
                  County, Sup. Ct. Index No. 904763-19) as recommended by the Assessor
                  and assigned attorney.
                  5. Consider adopting a resolution authorizing a Payment In-Lieu of Tax
                  Agreement for the Beacon Meadows Intergenerational development on

                  6. Consider adopting the proposed Lease Agreement with Casey Childs
                  for range and pro shop as recommended by the Director of Parks &

                  7. Consider authorizing the transfer of funds totaling $28,457.02 from
                  R3 (N. Corridor Highway Mitigation Reserve) to R2 (Highway Reserve)
                  as recommended by the Comptroller's Office.
                  8. Consider the following appointments as Police Officers as
                  recommended by the Chief of Police:

                  139 Chancellor Drive as recommended by the Chief Building & Zoning

                  cyclical reassessment aid in the amount of $36,666.27 to Reassessment
                  Reserve.
