Index Nos. 904911-18 & 904781-19) resulting in a refund of $73.44 for the 2020 property tax bill as recommended by the Assessor and Town Attorney. 2. Consider authorizing the release of escrow in the amount of $5,000 to ServiceLink for registering vacant property that was sold as recommended by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector. 6. Consider authorizing the Town Clerk and Supervisor to sign the Collector's Warrant for the Water District in the amount of $187,872.62 as recommended by the Water & Wastewater Department. 7. Consider accepting the proposed dedication of streets, stormwater management, signage parcel, and multi-use path as set forth in the Planning Board's final approval of the Black Creek Estates subdivision at NYS Route 146 & Hurst Road as recommended by the Highway Superintendent and the Town's retained engineer. 1.
