        Agenda
        1.        1. Consider approving proposed Consent Order and Judgment in the tax
                  certiorari proceedings in Crowley et al v. Van Wagenen et al (Albany
                  County, Sup. Ct. Index Nos. 904911-18 & 904781-19) resulting in a
                  refund of $73.44 for the 2020 property tax bill as recommended by the
                  Assessor and Town Attorney.
                  2. Consider making the following appointments to the Board of
                  Assessment Review as recommended by the Assessor:
                     Patricia McArdle member (term ending Sept. 30, 2023)
                     Nancy Klopfer alternate member (term Oct. 1, 2020 to Sept. 30, 2021)
                     Teresa Freeman alternate member (term Oct. 1, 2020 to Sept. 30, 2021)

                  3. Consider approving the new Retention & Disposition Schedule for
                  New York Local Government Records that was promulgated by NYS
                  Archives as recommended by the Town Clerk.
                  4. Consider authorizing the issuance of a request for quotations for the
                  demolish and removal of the rear portion of the Crounse House, 759
                  Route 146, which was condemned by the Town's Chief Building
                  Inspector, as requested by the Village of Altamont Board of Trustees.
                  5. Consider authorizing the release of escrow in the amount of $5,000 to
                  ServiceLink for registering vacant property that was sold as recommended
                  by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.
                  6. Consider authorizing the Town Clerk and Supervisor to sign the
                  Collector's Warrant for the Water District in the amount of $187,872.62 as
                  recommended by the Water & Wastewater Department.
                  7. Consider accepting the proposed dedication of streets, stormwater
                  management, signage parcel, and multi-use path as set forth in the
                  Planning Board's final approval of the Black Creek Estates subdivision at
                  NYS Route 146 & Hurst Road as recommended by the Highway
                  Superintendent and the Town's retained engineer.
