Mullen 2 Lot Minor Subdivision - 6575 Dunnsville Road The applicant is proposing a 2 lot subdivision of 21.6 acres +/- of land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District. Lot 1 would consist of 7.1 acres and is undeveloped land. Lot 2 would consist of 14.5 acres and contains an existing single-family residence. 3. Minkin 2 Lot Minor Subdivision - 126 Arcadia Avenue & 18 Upper Hillcrest Avenue The applicant is proposing a 3 lot subdivision of 0.35 acres +/- of land located in the Single-family Residential (R10) District. The proposal includes two tax parcels: 63.08-3-36 & 63.08-3-22.1. The proposed lot would consist of 6,061 square feet. The following area variances would be required to be approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals for the lot at 126 Arcadia Avenue: lot size and rear yard setback from the deck.
