        Pursuant to Governor Andrew Cuomo's Executive Orders, which suspended the
        Open Meetings Law, the public may listen and view the meeting live on

        Agenda
                  1. Consider adopting a resolution authorizing a Payment In-Lieu of Tax
                  Agreement for the Beacon Meadows Intergenerational development on
                  Mercy Care Lane.
                  2. Consider approving the proposed Consent Order and Judgment in the
                  tax certiorari proceedings in Railroad Realty, LLC v. Town of
                  Guilderland (Albany County, Sup. Ct. Index No. 904360-19 &
                  904880-20) with no refund for taxes paid as recommended by the
                  Assessor and assigned attorney.
                  3. Consider the reappointment of Tracy Slupski as a member of the
                  Board of Assessment Review for a five-year term ending October 1, 2025
                  as recommended by the Assessor.
                  4. Consider waiving the building permit associated with fire damage at
                  4773 Western Turnpike as recommended by the Chief Building & Zoning
                  Inspector.
                  5. Consider the following appointments as recommended by the
