        Pursuant to Governor Andrew Cuomo's Executive Orders, which suspended the
        Open Meetings Law, the public may listen and view the meeting live on
        Verizon channel 34, Spectrum channel 1303, and Town website
        (https://www.townofguilderland.org/town-meeting-videos) and may dial (518)
        579-3721 to participate in the conference call. Minutes of the meeting will be
        transcribed and posted on the Town's website.

        Approval of October 20, 2020 minutes
        Public Hearings
                  At 7:00pm Public hearing on local law which would change the zoning
                  for property located at 100, 200 and 300 Great Oaks Boulevard from
                  Business Non-Retail Professional District to Planned Unit Development
                  with conditions.
        Agenda
                  1. Consider adopting a resolution authorizing a Payment In-Lieu of Tax
                  Agreement for the Beacon Meadows Intergenerational development on
                  Mercy Care Lane. (POSTPONED)
                  2. Consider approving a proposed resolution in support of "Small
                  Business Saturday" on Saturday, November 28th.
                  3. Consider the provisional appointment of Amy Graver as receptionist
                  at Town Hall.
                  4. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor and Town Clerk to sign the
                  Collector's Warrant for the Water Department in the amount to be
                  collected of $716,587.62.
                  5. Consider authorizing the relevy of unpaid 2019-20 water bills in the

                  amount of $151,529.96 as requested by Albany County Tax & Finance
                  and the Receiver of Taxes.
                  6. Consider the permanent appointment of Shawn Strain as a laborer in
                  the Water Department.
