Consideration of Final Plat Approval for a 2 Lot minor Subdivision - 6575 Dunnsville Road - Justin Mullen The applicant is proposing a 2 lot minor subdivision of 21.4 +/- acres of land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District. The proposed subdivision would create one additional lot. Lot 1 would consist of 7.1 acres and is undeveloped land. Lot 2 would consist of 14.5 acres of land and contains an existing single-family residence. Lot 1 and Lot 2 would share the existing driveway with a maintenance agreement and easements for ingress/egress and utilities. 3. Consideration of Issuing a SEQR Negative Declaration for a 58 Lot Single-family Subdivision - 2745 Old State Road - JTR Realty, LLC The applicant is requesting approval of a 58 lot subdivision of 100 acres +/- of land located in the Single-family Residential (R40) District. 4. Consideration of Concept Plan Approval for a 3 Lot Minor Subdivision - 6630 Fuller Station Road - Lands of Gleason The applicant is proposing a 3 lot subdivision of 36.6 acres +/- of land located in the Agricultural (AGR) District. 5. Site Plan Review for a Special Use Permit - Contractor Building - S&L Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc. The applicant proposes an additional building of the same size (9,720 sf) in the rear of the existing structure. The proposed building shall not be supplied with potable water or wastewater; the structure shall be utilized for cold storage only. As the structure is proposed only for storage, the number of parking stalls required remains the same. Provisions for banked parking are provided and can be constructed at the discretion of the Planning Board. The applicant wishes to amend an existing Special Use Permit (05-18 approved on 04/04/2018) to include this new structure. 6.
