       The applicant is requesting the property to be rezoned from the General Business
       (GB) District to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) District to allow a
       development consisting of 96 townhome units in 8 unit buildings and two 3,000
       square feet commercial pad sites adjacent to Carman Road on 16.23 +/- acres.
       The site is located between Spawn Road and Lone Pine Road.
