    7. Project Update - 5MW Ground Mounted Solar Facility - 6580 Dunnsville Road
       - Helios Energy New York 13, LLC
       Referral from the Zoning Board of Appeals for a site plan review associated with
       a Special Use Permit to construct a 5MW ground mounted solar facility on 56.7
       acres +/- of land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District.
