Active Save The Pine Bush Pace Envriromental Litigatio Town Of Guilderland James Melita TO BE ANNOUNCED  

In November 2020, Save the Pine Bush filed a lawsuit against the Town of Guilderland, regarding a proposed Crossgates Mall expansion that would include a large residential development on a wooded parcel on Rapp Road and a Costco Big-Box retailer replacing a wooded parcel and residential neighborhood between Rapp Road and Western Avenue. Decision in Save the Pine Bush’s lawsuit against the City of Albany over the proposed landfill expansion in the Pine Bush. We lost. Save The Pine Bush vs. ENCON Index No. 8897-09

Flex Space Industrial Buildings Proposed on
Wood Road in Clifton Park

On August 8, 2006, the Town of Clifton Park Planning board approved the DCG proposal to build industrial buildings on a Karner Blue site. Save the Pine Bush sued.
