In November 2020, Save the Pine Bush filed a lawsuit against the Town of Guilderland, regarding a proposed Crossgates Mall expansion that would include a large residential development on a wooded parcel on Rapp Road and a Costco Big-Box retailer replacing a wooded parcel and residential neighborhood between Rapp Road and Western Avenue. Flex Space Industrial Buildings Proposed on
Wood Road in Clifton Park
On August 8, 2006, the Town of Clifton Park Planning board approved the DCG proposal to build industrial buildings on a Karner Blue site. Save the Pine Bush sued.
