Teacher Wins Toyota Tapestry Grant
To carry out a classroom project to restore the endangered Karner Blue Butterfly, Seventh Grade science teacher, Alan Fiero, was awarded a $7600 Toyota Tapestry Grant.
One of only 40 grants given in the country, the grant is from a pool of $400,000 used to fund inovative science teaching projects.
