Sues the Town of Colonie

Yesterday, October 7, Save the Pine Bush sued the Town of Colonie over its acceptance of the Lisha-Kill – Kings Road Generic Environmental Impact Statement (GEIS).
This GEIS would have a devastating affect on the Pine Bush in the Town of Colonie, and SPB has sued to get it tossed out. Watch for a more comprehensive article about the GEIS and the suit in the next SPB newsletter.
